The attention of manufacturers of agricultural implements, aud the raisers of small grain, isiuvit ed to a recent and most valuable improvement in the construction of the Harrow, invented by V. M. In this uew implement the teeth are inserted iu two self revolving horizontal wheels, by which the furrow of the teeth are made to cross the line of the direction of the harrow, aud as the teeth go round the circuit of the wheel every time tho harrow moves forward the length of the diameter of the wImmH, each tooth lias just three times the effect of a tooth in a at might harrow, consequently it does its work far butter, and more of it. Once lassing over the ground with this harrow, leaves it better harrowed than by two passages with the ordinary harrow.
