In this new implement the teeth are inserted in two self revolving horizontal wheels, by which the furrow of the teeth are made to cross the line of the din-rliou cf the harrow, and as the teeth go round thecircuit of the wheel every time the harrow mores l- rward the length of the diameter of the wheel, each tooth has just three times the effect of a tooth in u.tnuuht harrow, consequently It does its work far ls-tter, aud more of it. Once passing over the ground with this harrow, leaves it liettei- lmrrowed than by two passages with the ordinary harrow.
