The attention of manufacturers of agrlcuHural implements, and the raisers of small grain, isinvit ed to a recent and most valuable improvement in the construction of the Harrow, invented by V. M. Chaff.f, of Grayville, Illinois. In this new imple ment the teeth are inserted in two self revolving horizontal wheels, by which the furrow of the ;eefh are made to eross the line ot the direction of tho harrow, und as tho teeth go rouiid the circuit of the wheel every time the harrow moves forward the length ot the diameter of lite wle-l, each tooth has just three times theVtTect of a tooth in astraight harrow, consequently it does its work tar better, and more of it. Once passing over the ground with this burrow, leaves it letter hftrrwved than ly two passages with tho ordinary harrow-. It is much lighter draft upon the team, and what must bo a great consideration wtih every practical farmer, in passing over corn or stubble ground, it keeps itself entirely free of stalks, as by its action it scatters them 011 each side of it. The Inventor proposes to sell the right to nianuaeturo these Harrows, lor any given territory, either Counties or States, at. moderate prices. He will also sell single Harrows, and on the receipt of 815 he will ship a good six feet Harrow to any part of the country, the purchavr paving freight. Address, " V.
