The cause of the recent collision ou the Camden and Atlantic Bailroad, has been traced by evidence before the Coroner's jury, that it was the neglect and disregard on the part of Bobcrt M.Tuttle, conductor on the freight train. Tho verdict censures the company through Suprintcndant William Marshall, for not being more particular in enforcing the time rules. The government of Ecqnadorr expressed deep solicitude ou the ru'jjcct, und gave orders to spare no expense or sacrifice in endeavoring to save his life, bat he died after lingering two months. Tho President has recognized Antonio Gusman Bianco, as Consul of Venezuela, in Philadelphia; and FrantZ Buton Mnller, as Vice Consul of Denmark, at New York. The Treaty arrangements between our government and Gen. Jlerron, provides for a commissioner to ascertain tho amount of damages, which New Granada shall pay as an indemnity to American citizens, growing out of the Panama riots,while other joints in dispute are tostponcd. Our government makes the emphatic declaration that it will not consent loan imposition of taxes, snch as have been heretofore levied. New Granada refuses to cede any of her possession to the United States. The construction of Mr. MeCelland, the former Secretary of tho Interior,' relative to the Virginia Slilitary Land Warrants, is followed by Mr. Thompson, his successor. The Nicaragua Minister is still waiting on our government, not yet being in possession of such information, as to determine the question of his reception.
