We copy the account from the Memphis News, of the 21st: "On Tuesday morning last, as the Del fast was ascending the chute of Island CG, and jut as she was rounding out at the head of the island, she struck the bar and swung round hard and fast upon the. bar. . Every exertion was made to get her off, without avail. As a last resort, Capt. Church ordered the hands to throw off the railroad iroo, amounting to 250 tons, but it had no e fleet. The water was falling rapidly, and she began to settle at the bow. Word was immediately sent to this place, and the Ingomar took down a barge.
