Map or Evassville. Messrs. Adlersberg & Saunders have completed the arrangements for publishing their large and complete map of the city of Evansville, in cluding the town of Lamasco, with all their enlargements, &c, compiled from the most authentic sources. It is to be lithographed in the first style of the art, and in addition to the ordinary map will have a view of the city of Evansville, a view of the Marine Hospital, and a view of the Court House thereon. The map will be ready for sale in from ten to twelve weeks. Every property holder, and all persons interested in the progress of our city, ought to lake a copy. We have long wanted something of this kind, and we are glad to see the deficiency is about being rectified. We are satisfied this map will be correct as it is possible for a map of its extent tobe, aud we hope every citizen at all interested, will become a purchaser of the map when lithographed, and that they may not only be hung up in the offices and counting houses of this city, but advertise us abroad. MIVElt iTcns. . .The bis Eclipse arrived here Saturday night, and laid at our whaif a long lime taking in freight. She look on 1,500 Ibis pork and ooddeal other freight, and left with just as large a cargo as she wanted. Tue Madona arrived here from the wabash Saturday night, with just a full load as the could carry of produce. She will leave for the Wabash to -day. Mr. Grey of the office, ill be happy to attend to those wishing shipments to make, or who may wish to go in person up the Wabash. River tili falling esterday, and weather cold and cloudy. The Niagara, a plended mammoth stean--er, was lying at our wharf yesterday taking in lreight, Sbe look on board 200 hhd, tobacco, i800 bbls pork, and a large quantity of other freight. The Teter Tellon arrived from New Orleans yesterday wiih a good freight. She put out a good deal of motasses, sugar, &e. for houses in this city. The Dick Keys, from Cincinnati, with a 'heavy cargo on board, and a large barge in tow, made a short stoppage at onr wharf yesterdayi on her way to New Orleans. The A. L.
