TbeFree Omik Ulli We extract the following proceedings on the Free Bank Bill from the repbri, of Tuesday's labors in the House: On notion of Mr. Hudson, the consideration of the Bank bU was renewed, and an amendment was offered by Mr; Jeter to pro hibit the issue of bills of a denomination ander At dollars. The amendment was not adopted. Mr. Landers moved to amend the bill bj requiring a deposile of 140 dollars worth of bonds. Mr. Newcomb moved to amend the amendmeut by alrikin out 140 and fnsert The morning was occupied in a general discussion of the securities of the bill, but nothing more said on this subject than reported in to day paper.
