We thsnk Mr. Silas Fields for a package of papers. Silas has the office, and is just the man to assist Capt. Dunham in making the new Fanny a popular boat. This new steamer is said to be a splendid boat in every particular, and of course she is very light or she could not come down this stage of water. She is 245 feet loiif, and has accommodations for 125 passengers.
