The Sultana was at our wharf yesterday morning direct from New Orleans. She left on Saturday the ,: ut a Je. tained a good deal bv fog. She had a tine freight and a good many passengers. The Sultana made an exceedingly narrow escape from the great fire at New Orleans, and yet bears a scorched appearance in front. She had the front part of her boiler deck burnt off, which has been repaired. At one time,
