BI URET'S PATF.M WATER COOLEU. WE are again prepared to offer onr friends and customers a superior artn-te of Water Cooler of entire new styles, and at greatly reooeea - . price. This article is lue resuu oi the application of scientific principle to the purpose intended, via: to keep water as cool m$ possible, long as possible, and with tks least possibl quantity tf Jes. The proprietor has long devoted his attention to this particular branch of domestic economy, ana passing from oue improvement to another, has at length arrived as near perfection as it is possible to reach. A proof of this is found in the very general us of these Coolers in all parts of the country. A simple statement of facts in regard to these Coolers, will satisfy every one of their superiority. First, they are the only article of tks kind over patented. They are furnished with twodistinct non-conducting chambers, by means of which, with S pounds of ice to the gallon, water iskept (at a tempt-mature of 40 degrees below zero, or only 8 degrees above f ie freezing point) all day. Thus, at a cost of sometime cents per day, a family of ordiua.-y size can be constantly supplied with water as cold as ice itself; larger numbers id the satin proportion. This has been found by actual experiment to be a saviug of at least seventy-five per cent, over the Earthen Jars, formerly used for this purpose. Again, these Coolers üiver Swiat, in this way saving much unnecessary waste and tro'ible. B.injr ma'iub.ctured in the most workmanlike style, and band jiip-ly finished 11 int respect, they make a rery beautiful ornament for the Dining iooui, Hotel, or Steamboat. An important improvement has lately been added to the Cooler, Tiz: A small Pan (capable Of hoUing irom aix to eight pounds of Butter"' laeettf; I directly under the cover. This,, t; ntitv of butter can be kept per!-- 1J hard all day, without additional ice, (a very important addition to the economy and comfort of families.) If desired, the Cooler can also be furnished at a mall expense with a FILTERING APPARATUS, which serres the additional purpose of remov.ngall impurities from the water, rendering it perfectly ciearaud wholesome The Cooler and Filter may be seen in Me iraUoB I aay No. 14, East Fourth tre t.
