LANDS FOR SALE. IMMIGRANTS or others desirou? of procuring J settlements for a number of families in the same neighborhood, are requested to notice the advertisement of the following lands lying in Henderson County, Ky., any or all of which, will be sold very low, if one entire tract is taken by an individual or company. Viz: 1st. One tract of 1150 acres, being part of Lot No. VII, lying on the Ohio river, and North of Green River, in Henderson & Company's Grant, about 15 miles below Owensboro, Ky., and 7 miles above Newburg, Ind. 2d. A Tractof 4000 acres, parts oflots No. IV and V, lying North of and fronting about two miles on Green river in said Grant, two miles above Spottsville at Lock and Dam No. 1 , where there are Saw and Grist Mills, and about 15 miles above Evansville, Ind. 3d. A Tract of 2250 acres, being lots No. 48, in said Grant, about one mile from the Ohio river, 12 miles below the town ot Henderson, Ky., and 8 m: above Mount Vernon, Ind; nearly half of this tract is strong hill land, remarkably well limbered, well adopted for grazing, raising grapes and other fruits; is within a mile or two of a steam Saw Mill, and has a very superior Sprina upon it, the balance of the tract is level, and well adopted for meadows, and cultivation. 4th. A Tract of 1000 acres being part of lot No. 4 in said Grant, lying on both sides of Green river, about 15miles from the town of Henderson; onethird of this tract is broken and well adopted to the raising of Grapes and fruit trees, and contains a great ileal of Stone Coal, which is easy ofaccess and near the river; the balance of the tract is good soil, w 11 timbered and Mes well for cultivation, has about 70 acres of cleared land and about 100 acres woodland enclosed. The improvements area dwelling house with 5 rooms, two out-houses with
wo rooms each and stone chimneys to all; two iod stables and a corn crib all unaer one roof, af fording a good shed in tront ot the crib, all of which I re xel built ol good hewed logs; an orchard of fine fruit trees, a garden with some bearing fruit trees, grape vines, and other smaller fruits and hrubbery, and a good Spring in the yard, a public ro.id runs through the land, a ferry is established across Green river; this is a very valuable tract of nnd, possessing many advantages, and worth the ttenuon of an energetic man with some capital.
