Charles L. Rector, of Marshal], a mechanical genius and a member of the local fire department, died Thursday morning from starvation. Several weeks ago he became insane and was also taken sick and finally became so violent that it was deemed necessary to send him to an insane asylum. For two weeks be waa unmanagable, refussd to eat a bite, and. literally starved himself to death. He was 26 years of sge and unusually bright.
