Piles are among the most painful and annoying of disorders. The disease is of common occurrence, and to effect a cure should be promptly treated by proper remedies. There is nothing more suitable by its wonderful curative action than Pond's Extract Ointment, in which the medicinal virtues of Pond's Extract, which are very valuable in the above complaint, are in a state of great concentration. It is advisable in every instance, however, to use both the Extract and Ointment. Ask for and be sure you get the right articles.

THE MARKETS.
GRAIN AND PROVISION'S.
Wheat Was Again Weak and Lower at Chicago Yesterday. CHICAGO, Mai 21.—There was little In to-daj's wheal market that was comforting to the bulls. The July future made a new low-water mark, selling down to 7614c, the lowest point jet reached on the present crop. The only Item of news in favor of the bulls was the decrease of 160,OOQ bushels In wheat and flour on ocean passage as reported by Beerbohm. In addition to the usual line crop and weather reports the bears had on their side the Omaha dispatches saying that farmers in southern Kansas had reported that they would begin cutting wheat In two weeks. Hutchinson was a very persistent seller or wheat all the morning. Schwartz-Dupee and Cudahy were also selling rather freely. Pardridge was the largest buyer early in the day—Bryant was a heavy buyer later. It was supposed that he was buying for the Weare commission company. 5. V. White bought moderately and the "scalpers" loaded up early and sold out later. Boyd & Bra sold quite a quantity of June wheat. Shortly after noon, when July wheat had broken down to 7614c, Poole-Sherman began to buy very freely. The -put" price yesterday was 76^c. and It was not thought ptvbable that July would get below this figure. The opening price for July was 76Vc, and It sold once or twice at 77c, afterward sagging steadily downward.
Corn was fairly active, the tone of the marketwas rather strong, but the fluctuations were nar
row. The strength was chiefly on account of covering by people who "shorted the market yesterday on the expectation of very heavy receipt*. The good shipping demand for the cash staff also had a firming Influence. Parker and mimlne-Bodman were the largest seller*. Lamson Bros. & Co. and Schwarlz-Dupee were large buyers. July opeaed at 34c and ranged during the morning between 33Xc and 34Sc. There were 172,CCD bu cleared yesterday from New Orleans and 78,000 bu from Atlantic ports.
There was a good general trade In provisions. Receipts of hogs at the yards were much lighter than expected bat prices were 5c off. July pork opened at $11.55, or at Sc advance over night, lm-

^Itwas thought that the death of Ed Sanderson of Milwaukee, one of those recently connected in a prominent way with the sacculation in oats, would have an unfavorable effect on values. Such was not the case. The market wu quiet and rather firm.
Receipts, two days' Inspection, were 23 cars winter wheat, 5 cars spring, 1^21 cars corn, and 300 cars oats by rail and U.5C3 bu oats by canal. Withdrawals from store were 53,942 bu winter wheat, 3,110 bu spring, 277,236 bu corn, and 283,796 bu oats.
Sales in seeds were slow to-day. Timothy seed was the most active, but easier. Cash timothy $1.3431.35, country prime I1.25S1.32, September $1.42^^1.45. Flax was dull. There were but two sales made—one In cash at tl.54, and one In May at $1.55. Clover was very dull, and all the prices were nominal. Poor to choice lots sold at *3.E0a4.40.
