AMUSEfcfX'N.
The Kiralfy's always give extensive shows and rich spectacles. Quite large audience attended the revival of of the "Black Crook" last night. Much of the same business has been presented in various spectacular pieces every season, but with the brilliant scenery and effects and novel specialties added this was almost as good as new. The scenery of the first, second and closing acts was gorgeous. The ballet corps was fair and Melle. Lile the premiere, won considerable applause. The Dare brothers gymnastic act was remarkable, as one, a very skillful gymnast has but one leg, and the other played both clown and expert gymnast. Bibb and Bobb, with little tiresom by-play, do clever work in their musical specialty, and are quite funny and effective. The greatest feature is the trapeze act by the Ongar sisters and the preparation for it is quite exciting, as eight or ten men tighten the ropes which run all across the house, spread an immense net which extends over the dress-circle, balcony, parquet and stage, about tea feet higher than the stage floor. One trapez9 is under the proscenium the other swings to a platform in front of the gallery from it one of the Ongars springs, is caught by the other swinging from the stage and then leaps back, turning completely in mid-air to catch the loose trapeze. It is a thrilling act and appears very dangerous, but accident is carefully guarded against. The programme will be repeated to-night.
