Beed entered action in the Circit court for the removal of Harry Donham, who

was then her guardian. The court refused to remove Mr. Donham. Several weeks ago Mr. Donham made a report to the court and at the same time tendered his resignation. Mr. Hollinger has been appointed to fill the position. ''Issaac Calvert, who w.-is recentl excused from service on the grand jury," said Prosecutor Henry, "was simply excused by reason of hi employer needing his services, and that it was an open question whether he should continue service on the jury or loose his position. At his request, and for this reason, Judge Mack and myaelf agreed to excuse Culvert. He is much worried over certain street rumors to the effc-et that he wss discharged from the jury.
