A Policeman Suspended. Yesterday morning tho charges of toxication nnd neglect of duty preferred by Jesse Robertson agaioat Patrolman Den Early were further considered by the hoard of police commissioners, and the oflicer was suspended for a period of len days, without pay. Among those who claim to know, it Is said that this finding of ihe commissioners is unjust and unmerited.
