A Divorce Suit.

Lucinaa Parsons has brought suit in the Circuit court for a divorce from Thos. Parsons. They were married in North Carolina in 1868, laid lived together until 2885, when he deserted her. She charges desertion, cruel treatment and failure to provide. She has partially paid for a house on south Frurteenth street, and slie asks the court to decree the title in her.

Taken to the Supreme Court The case of James Cox, assignee of John N. Wolf, has been taken to the Supreme court. This tax was brotight to recover what it was alleged Mr. Lyons is indebted to Wolf},
