The fall has many perils for the weak aiid feeble, and its sadden atmospheric changes are trying to the constitutions of even the robust. The chilling temperature of the nights, as compared with the almost summer warmth of the days, necessarily exercises an unhealthy influence on all who are exposed to it. Hence dysentery, diarrhoea,'intermittent fevers, bilious attacks, and derangements of all the secretions, are common at. this season, The true way to escape them is to meet the causes with a protective and invigorating medicine.
