The horrible filth in the alley running east from Sixth street, by the Poetoffice is detrimental to public health, abominable disgusting to decent people, and disgraceful to the city.

Bill Posting,—We are pleased to note a change in the bill posting business in this city. Townsend & Tuller have sold their bill boards to Mr. James M. Dishon, late of Indianapolis, who comes to this city to make it his permanent residence. Townsend & Tuller have had too many irons in the fire, and have not been able heretofore to give this business that close personal attention it deserves, Mr. Dishon will rent an office in a central part of the city, where he can at all times be readily found, and from the recommendations he bears, we are satisfied that he will give the utmost satisfaction, "f,^1
