that James H. Hill, aged about 16 years, living about one mile east of Shelburn, accidentally shot himself on Tuesday. In preparing to shoot a squirrel he took the gun down, blow in the muzzle to see if it wa* loaded, and his foot slipping off tbe hammer, th» load passed through his .brain, killing him instantly.
