Criminal Business.—Mayor Cookerly on yesterday filed with the County Clerk for the action of the next Grand Jury, thirteen transcripts of cases recently ex-
amined before his court. Twelve of these cases are for larceny, and one for assault and battery with intent to murder. Ten of the parties are in jail, and three out on bail.
