Leaders in the movement included Mexican Petroleum. Baldwin Locomotive, Studebaker, Chandler Motors, American Can and Wilson Packing. U. S. Steel mado a large fractional advance, part of which was immediately forfeited. Coalers were most dominant among rails, notablv Reading and Baltimore & Ohio. 'General Motors. Texac Company and Peoples Gas were heavy.
