That said plaintiff also filed an affidavit in due form stating that the names of all persons disclosed by the public records of Vigo county. Indiana, by, under and through whom some claim of title or interest in said land might possibly be asserted, have been set forth in the complaint that the plaintiff does not know whether the persons so named are living or dead, or their legal residence whether any of defendants. George W. Greek, David H. Greek, Robert Greek. John Greek, Willian Greek and Stoughton J. Fletcher was married or not or the whereabouts of their respective wife or widow of each of said defendants and if any such persons be dead, leaving heirs, or devisees of the said real estate, the plaintiff does not know their names or legal residence,

That plaintiff claims full and complete right and title to the real estate described in said complaint against any and all persons whatsoever and that it is the purpose of plaintiff to quiet the title to said real estate as against the world.

That said real estrtae Is located in Vigo county, in the state of Indiana, and described as follows:

The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section 15, township 13 nort hof ranee 8 west, and said nonresident defendants are now therefore herebv notified of the pendency of Bald action against, them and that the same will stand for trial on the 23d dav of October. 1918 and unless said defendants anpear and answer or demur to said complaint on the said date, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.

CHICAGO, Aug. 31.—Board or trade markets opened quiet today without notable price changes. Corn opened He lower to \c higher. Oate hie to V»c higher, and the first sales of provisions were unchanged to %c lower. October corn opened at $1.56% to $1.66%, and October oats aO'lftc to 72c. The first hour's fluctuations were within very narrow limits.
