Deao Jeffries, who was arraigned in City Court Friday morning on a charge of living in adultry with Sylvia Johnson, of West Terre Haute, was flped $50 and costs and given a 30 day sentence on the state farm. The case was appealed to Circuit Court. The Johnson girl, who entered a plea of guilty. was fined $49 and cost, which means that her sentence will be served in jail instead of the woman's prison at Indianapolis.
