Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will offer for sale on the 18th day of July, 1918, at 3 o'clock in the afterpoon, at the office or the undersigned tn New Goshen, Vigo county, Indiana. the bonds of the Fayette school township of Vigo county, In the total sum of nine thousand dollars ($9,000.00). The said bonds will be f.wentynine in (29) in number and shall be numbered from (1) to twenty-nine (19), and shall be in the denomination of three hundred dollars ($300.00.) each, excepting bond number twenty-nine (29), which shall be in the denomination of six hundred dollars ($600.00), and shall bear late of the 15th day of July, A. D. 1918, and shall run for a i period of not over fifteen (15) years, and shall bear interest at the rate of

All, in accordance with plans and specifications therefor.
Notice Is further given thtit the plans and specifications for tlie said closet system are now on file in the office of the undersigned trustee also in the office of Johnson A Miller, architects, at 105 South Seventh street. Each bid for the erection, construction and completion of the said school building shall be accompanied by a certified check on some responsible bank or trust company in the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). payable to the undersigned school trustee, as a guaranty that if the maker is a successful bidder, that he will enter into a contract with the undersigned school trustee for the immediate construction and completion of the said school building and execute a bond with surety to the approval of the undersigned trustee and the said advisory board, in a sum equal to the amount of his accepted bid, which bonds shall be conditioned for the payment of all sub-contractors, material, men and laborers, and for the faithful completion of said work according to the said contract.
Each bid for the furnishing and Installation of the above mentioned sanitary chemical closet system shall be accompanied by a certified check on some responsible bank or trust company in the sum of seventy-five dollars i ($75.00). payable to the undersigned school trustee, as a guaranty that if the maker is a successful bidder that he will enter into a contract with the undersigned school trustee for the immediate furnishing and installation of the said sanitary closet system and execute a bond with surety to the ap-
proval of the undersigned trustee and
and ventilating system in the said school building shall be let separate and apart from the erection and construction of said building then the successful bidder shall be required to enter into a written contract with the undersigned for the said work and shall be required to give bond in the sum equal to the amount of his accepted bid, with surety to the approval cf the undersigned, conditioned for the payment of all sub-contractors, material, men and laborers and for the faithful completion of the work in accordance with (he said contract.
If any bidder upon being awarded the contract for the erection and construction of the said building or for the furnishing and Installation of he said sanitary closet system shall fail to enter into a contract with the undersigned for the construction, completion and installation thereof, and also to give the bond as above provided, then the undersigned school trustee shall be entitled to forfeit such certified check or checks and place the same in the funds of the said school township as liquidated damages for such failure. Checks of unsuccessful bidders will be promptly returned to the bidder. All bids must comply with the form prescribed by the State Board of Accounts, of the state of Indiana. Uniform b'd blanks may be had of either the school trustee or the architects. The right to reject any and all bids Is reserved.
