ELKS OBSERVE CENTENNIAL.

The Terre Haute lodge No. 86, B. P. O. Elks, Wednesday night decided upon an old-fashioned .celebration of th'e city's centennial which will include throwing the doors of their club on North Seventh street open to the public on the afternoon of celebration day.
