TAKE CHANGE OF VENUE.

Attorneys to Select Special Judge to Hear Trust Co. Case. Attorney Orph M. Hall, representing James R. Bryne in the proceedings brought against him by the Terre Haute Trust company, Tuesday morning appeared before Judge Pulliam in the Circuit Court and asked for a change of venue from the judge. Attorneys Harry Wallace, George Scott and Tom Roach were named by the court and two will be stricken off the list.

The trust company recently filed suit to have a receiver appointed to •take charge of certain rental real estate owned by Byrne and the attorneys for the defendant say they were not notified of the proceeding and that there is no emergency to warrant immediate action and asked to take the case from Judge Pulliam.

SHRINERS IN SESSION.

Escort of Imperial Divan Day's Spec tacular Feature. NEW YORK, July 11.—The most brilliant spectacle of 44nd annual session of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine was presented today when the imperial divan was escorted from headquarters to the theatre where the opening session of the imperial council was held. The escort were 10,000 nobles, 3,000 of them garbed in the gay costumes of the Arab patriots.

J. Putnam Stevens, of Portland, Me., delivered the annual address as imperial potentate of the order.

Imperial officers will be elected tomorrow, all being advanced according to custom, Henry F. Neidringhaus, of St. Louis, the present deputy, becoming imperial potentate. There are nearly a score of candidates for outside guard, the only office to be filled by vote.
