This is little David Luke Foltz, son wf Mr. and Mrs. F. AV Foltz, 15C4 First avenue, who strayed away from his home and toddled into the home of Hurry Hudson, 1501 Third avenue. Hudson was willing to keep the tot, but the parents had objections, which from the picture were Justified.

Completes Organization At Special Meeting of Directors, and Announces Plans ICT Future.
At a special meeting of the directors of the Terre Haute Real Estate association in the Elks club yestecday afternoon the final steps in the organization of the association were accomplished by the naming of the various committees to take charge of the work outlined in the by-laws. President J. B. Pfister presided and was assisted by Clay Ladd, secretary, and James S. Royse, treasurer. The following- committees were named:
Valuation, A. E. Hazelrigg, George C. Foulkes, W. C. Harrington, with the following altei'nates: Lucius Lybrand, Sam Gray and James S. Royse. Legislative, Sam Gray, Roy Pierce,, Allen Ratteree and W. C. Harrington. Financial, Lucius Lybrand, Albert Eln^cke and W. W. Stephens. Membership, W. H. Sheldon, Roy Pierce, Charles Lillie and Harley Heaton. Arbitration, Joseph J. Elder, Ira Andrews and J. H. Swander. Rental, Joseph J. Elder, Albert Einecke and Clay Ladd. Civic improvement, H. L. Hyatt, N. M. Ely, Frank Smallwood and D. C. In speaking of the duties of the various committees, Mr. Ladd ald most of the bodies were for the management of things for the welfare of the local organization, although some of them have for their purpose the advancement of the real estate dealers as a class as well as the public at large. He said the legislative committee would make an effort to bring about the^passage of laws in the state legislature and of city ordinances bearing upon questions related to the real estate business, for the protection of the dealers and the public. Upon .he valuation committee will be placed the responsibility of determining the value of property in litigation for the courts or for administrators or executors* of estates. The civic improvement committee he said was formed for the purpose of acting in conjunction with other civic organizations for the betterment of the city.
ENGINEERS MEET.
The National Association of Stationary Engineers, No. 8, met at the Pythian temple last night with a large attendance. The tevening was spent in a general discussion of engineering topics and in making plans for the state convention, which will be held at Kokomo, Ind., June 21, 22 and 23.
Albert Franke, state president H. E. Smith, state treasurer, and George Sang, doorkeeper, all of Terre Haute, will attend the convention.
'Tidings of the Morning"
Given By Church Choirs
"Tidings of the Morning," a missionary cantata written by Mrs. Carrie B. Adams, will be given at the Central Christian church this morning, beginning at 10 o'clock, by the two choirs of the church, under the direction of the author. The program will begin immediately at the close of the lesson study, and occupy a portion of the regular church service time. The pastor, Rev. J. Boyd Jones, will dispense with the sermon, and follow the cantata with the regular communion service. Sixty singers will take part in the following program, in addition to seventy-five children £rom the primary department: Cnnrns "The World for Christ"
