Notice is hereby given, by the board of public works of the city "of Terre Haute, Ind., that sealed, proposals will be received by it, at its office, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. oh Monday, the 19th day of July, 1915, for-the construction of a 12-ii}ch sewer in -Hulman street from 18th street to 19th strfeet.

All work done in the making of said described public improvement shall be in accordance with the detail plans, profiles, drawings and specifications Which are on file, and may be seen In the office of said board of public works.

The bidders, In submitting proposal* to make said described public improvement, must accompany each bid with a certified check In the sum of $100.09 as evidene of good faith that the successful bidders will execute, within ten days from the acceptable of pro-
