POLICE COURT DOCKET.

The case of Sam Levcnthal, charged with violating the city ordinance "oy driving on the wrong side of the intersection at Thirteenth and Ohio streets, and thereby causing a collision with Walter Burkhart, who wacs on a bicycle, was dismissed in City Court Thursday morning, when a note from Burkhart advised the court Leventhal had paid for the damage done to the bicycle.

Leslie Ogden was fined $1 and costs for driving his automobile with glaring headlights. He was allowed to leave the court room on his own recognizance to obtain the money.

Adam Anc'erson pleaded guilty to the charge of assault and battery on William Benr-ley and was fined $25 and costs, which was suspended when thew Judge learned that Anderson's wife was critically ill. Bensley pleaded not guiliy and the cese was continued until Friday afternoon. The two men engaged in a fight at 214 Walnut street Wednesday night.

PROBE BUND TIGERS, Witnesses were supoenaed Thursday afternoon to appear before the grand jury from Oter Creek and Sugar Creek townships. It was understood the jury was looking into alleged blind tigers In those townships.
