Scenes From Down Town Streets, Large Industries and Pictures of Well Known People.
The Prlncees motion pictures of scenes In Terre Haute with interior views of some of our biggest manufacturing plants, which were shown to a party of invited guests at the Vaiieties this morning moved some of the actors ""•%tftio viewed their own shadows from front to enthusiastic applause.
The piotures are remarkablv clear, even the interior scenes taken under disadvantages being far better than the average outdoor pictures of a loca' nature.
The arrival of a distinguished votcan visitor is shown and then proceeds the trip around the city and the manufacturing districts. The young woman ,: registers at the Terre Haute house, then passes up Wabash avenue to lock over various establishments. The interior views of the C. J. Root plass works are among the most striking. 5 The various stages in the formation of a bottle are shown.
The big baseball parade oa the opening day is successfully reproduced and there are very good pictures of Manager Gilbert and the rest of the players.
Scenes along the "Wabash river are also shown. Members of the Apple club are caught by the camera man while inspecting their new home. Jeff 7 Walsh, big and smiling, Patsy Mahaney

ODD FELLOW'SPARADE VIEWED BY HUNDREDS
Nearly 700 (Members of Order Take Part—Seven Unique Floats Are In Line.
Hundreds of people lined Wabash avenue Monday night to witness the parade of the Odd Fellows lodges In celebration of the ninety-sixth an niversary of the order. Nearly 700 members of the fraternal order from Terre Haute and surrounding towns marched in the parade. Seven floats, a squad of policemen, threo bands and 40 automobiles carrying members of the organisation were in the line of march.
Parade Unusually Large. Red lights wfere used In profusion to make the parade attractive. The parade was one of the largest and most representative of any fraternal demonstrations given In Terre Haute in years. It was unique in its nature. There were hundreds of out-of-town members In line marching in honor of the ninety-sixth anniversary of the organisation. It was more of & 5em on strati on of fraternal loyalty than a pre-initiatory demonstration.
The floats used in the procession especially were attractive. They showed careful work on the part uf the committees in charge of the celebration. The delegations from Hymera, 'Clinton, Brazil, Marshall, 111., and ether towns were prominent in the line of march. The entire delegation from Marshall appeared in automobiles.
The parade was somewhat of a demonstration of the wonderful growth of the Odd Fellows in Terre Haute since its organization. The many visitors were shown the Odd Fellows' temple at Eighth and Ohio streets which Is owned by the order and many compliments were passed on the splendid home.
One of the bands which attracted special attention was the Wabash Remedy company band. This band made its appearance in neat suits and was given applause at several points in the business district when it appeared. This band was given the honor of leading the parade.
A group of members gathered around the bedside of a sick member was found on the first float which bore the sign "We "Visit the Sick." The next float showed how the members in distress are provided for

tne
lodge. Fort Harrison Lodge No. 157 had charge of this float. The other floats in line represented the burial of. the dead members, the education of the orphans and showed different groups of members in the various lodges.
Deputy Grand Master Speaks. The parade moved throyjr'n the business district and ended at the Central Christian church, where the deputy grand master, Jesse McBeth, spoke. The church was filled with members of the order. The president of the Rebekah lodge spoke during the evening.
The Keystone class of the Central Christian church served a supper to the members of the order in the church from until 7 o'clock. Many of the members of the order attended this supper.
Brig. Gen. E. R. Beauchamp was In charge of* the parade and he was assisted by H. P. Williams, W. D. Adams, W. G. Henry, Amos Eckel and John Rowe.

RELEASES FIRST OFFENDER.
Judge Newton Allows Frank Radcliffe to Take Pledge. The first man to face* Judge R. Voorhees Newton in City Court Tuesday morning was Frank Radcliffe, arrested for intoxication. The judge said that inasmuch as the man was afflicted with infantile paralysis, both of his arms being practically useless, he thought it inadvisable to add fire to the flame by drinking. Radcliffe took the pledge before the judge and was allowed to go when the judge said, "You begin right now to make good your promise. The court will not have any leniency if you are brought up again."
