Be it known that on the ISth day of November, 1913, the plaintiffs filed affidavit in due form, showing that the defendants, F. vV. Manke and company, and F. W. Manke, whose christian name is to plaintiffs unknown, doing business under the firm name and style of \V. Manke and company, are nonresidents of tha state "f Indiana, and are necessary parties to the complaint herein, and that the object of said action Is attachment and garnishment and that, therefore, to-wit. on the 29th day of March, 1915, said court ordered publication mada of notice and summons against all of the defendants in said cause, and that all of the defendants in raid cause be notified of the pendency of said action against them, and at the same time the court ordered and directed that the said cause stand for trial on the 7th day of June, 1916, the same being the 1st Judicial day of the June term of s%id court:

And that unless said defendants appear at said time and answer or demur to said complaint at said time, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
