3y Special Correspondent. SHIP FROM HOLLAND LIKE RAINBOW AFLOAT

Many Colors Used In Painting Vessel So Neutrality Would Be Clearly Shown.

NEW YORK, March 27.—A floating rainbow from Holland steamed into New York harbor today in the form of the four hundred freighter Blotberg from Rotterdam. Her skipper said she had been covered with every color of paint available in Rotterdam so that there would be no mistaking her neutrality. He wanted to make her visible one hundred miles at sea he said.

Where wind and water met the Blotberg flashed dark red, above the band of red a belt of brilliant yellow girdled her. Planted on the yellow back ground in an inscription fifty feet long, and ten feet high, the word "Neder lands" was painted amidships, in bright green.

White superstructure, black funnels, belted with red, maroon m«sts, Dutch flags—red, white and. blue—and crim son letters on the owner's white flag completed the galaxy of color. New York harbor craft roared a salute from steam whistles as she made her appearance.
