POLICE COTJRT DOCKET.

Joseph Haley, who has been held on a suspicion of Btealing an overcoat, was told to leave Terre Haute at once, when he appeared in City Coart Tuesday morning.

Sherman Hicks, who has been a regular attendant in Police Court was told to leave the city by Judge Thomas Smith.

Hosea Alexander, of Mattoon, 111., who attempted to put his arrnj around a woman at Seventh and Ohi street, was ordered to move on.

Oscar Brooks was fined $5 and costs for operating an auto without lights. Marshall Edwards was fined $5 and costs for Intoxication.

FIREMEN KEPT BUSY.

Three Small Blazes Monday Evening Are First In Five Days. After a lull of five days, three small fires kept the members of the local department on the jump Monday evening. The first alarm was at 7:30 o'clock, when the department was called to 1018% Wabash avenue, where a lamp had exploded in the room of Harry Swaz. The fire was extinguished before any damage was done. The ne.t call was at 8'09 o'clock to the residence of Frank McGoran, 630 North Seventh street. The last alarm was from box 84, at 9:41 o'clock, and the firemen found a few shingles blazing on the Toof of the residence of Edward Brown, 1604 North Fifth street. The damage was blight.
