Mosoat. September 13, 1869. A healthy tone pervades the general wholesale market, business in all branches being reported unusually brisk. Wheat remains firm at tho quotations, and is in fair demand. Owing to the dlflicalty of obtaining cars for transportation, upward of 80,000 bushel* of last week's receipts remain in store. Tho flour market is considered dull for the season. More activity would prevail if better transportation facilities were offered. The shipments last week fell short 900 barrels of those of tho week preceding. Tho shipments of flour and wheat for the week ending Saturday, 11th initant. are a* follows:
