A fire In a tenement house on Irvington street destroyed that and damaged the neighboring building some $10,000 worth. Robert Miller and wife, the occupants, of one of the rooms, were taken out alive, but are not expected to live. A Mr. Silver threw his body out of the window, which was safely caught. His wife then Jumped out, anfi badly fractured her leg) and arms. Tbe man jumped out safely. Three or four other* are reported
badly burned or suff mated.
Bonham & Co.’s furnishing warehouse was damaged $10,000 worth by a fire this morn-
