The troopn rushed on the ntle pits of the enemy, bayoneting them in their works, cutting the lines, nnd capturing in the first chtrge, over 3.000 men mid aeveral gun, including the greater portion of the Stonewall brigade, belonging to Ned. .Johnson' division hiin-eU being captured. Retained, That twenty five cents be pail monthly, for rive months. by each member of the Fenian Brotherhood, to contitate a fund for the organization of the Brotherhood; that said fund be transmitted to Thorn ts Redmond, S'ate Centre of Indiana, to be by him expended in paying ing the expenses of such persons of ability and Intiuence as will give their services as lecturers and organizers in the cause of Irih nationality. Retolved, That a copy of these resolutions be furnished to the centre of each circle in the State. On Motion of Colonel B. F. Mullen, a committee was appointed for the organization of mill tary companies in the different circles io the State. The chair appointed the following committee: Colonel n. F. Mullen.
