As Kennedy was leaving Moore remarked they might us well settle the f uss there and then. Kenned replied that he was sick. Some other words pas-el when Kennedy turned and stabbed Moore with a dirk. It was an amenOmrnt different fiom what had heretofore been incorpo rated into such bills since the Republican partv came into power. This pirty hid ignored their precedents. His objei-t was to give gentlemen an opportunity to determine whether they were prepaid to siv tint neuro s should have the harne rights in the territories as white men. He therefore wanted the House to adhere to its disagreement.
