CONSTITUTION WATER. The firent Krmedf fr the C O 4 STITIITI O . , AND T7IE Oui Knotvn tlcmtdy FOR DIABETES, DISEASES OF THE Kidney ami U adder. These Dangerou and TroubUsome Diteae$. tchichhate thus far Knitted the best directed Treatment, can be Completely Controlled by the KEMED Y now before ut. THE CUKATIVE properties of tbe medicine direct themselves tthe organs of secretion, a d by so altering the condition of tbe storaarb and liver that the starchy principle of the f od Is not converted into sugar so long aa the system U under the Innuenceof the CONSTITUTION WATER, which gives thoe organs time to recover theii healthy tone and vigor. We are able to state that the Constitution Water has cured every cae of Diabetes in hieb it has been given STONE IN THE RL ADDER. CALCULUS, GRAVEL, BRICK DE. ST DK1DSIT AND MUCOUS OR MILKY DISCIIA KG ES A FTK It L KIN ATI NG. Diseai.es occurring from one and tbe same cause Will be en'irely cured by the Constitution Water, if taken for any JeiiKth of time. Tie dose bould vary with the severity of the disease, from twenty drops to a teaspoonful thn e time a day, in water Iuring the passage of the Calculus, tbe pain and urgent symptoms should be combatted with the proper remedies, then followed up by the Constitution Water, as above dirrcted. DYSMENORRHEA, OR I'AIMUL MENSTRUATION, AND IN MENORRHAGIA OR PROFUSE FLUWINU. Both diseases arising from a faulty secretion of the menstrual fluid iu the one ca.se being too little, and accompanied by aevcre pin; and the other a too profuse secretion, which will be speedily cured by tbe Constitution Water. That disease known as FA LUNG OF TilE WOMB, which is tbe result of relaxation of the lingamentsof that ortrsn, and is known by a sense of heaviness and dragging pains in the back and sides, a. d at times accompanied by sharp lancidating or shooting pains tbrouxh the parts, w-11, in all caes, be removi-d by the medicine. Wi here is another class f symptoms arising from IRRITATION OF THE WOMB, which Physicians call Nervousness, which wrd covers up much ignorance, and in nine cases out of ten the doctor doe not really know whether th symptoms are the disease, or the di ease the symptoms. We can only enumerate them h re. I speak more Ssrticularl) of Cold Feet, Palpation of the Heart, impaired emory. Wakefulness1, Flashes of Heat, Languor, Lassitude and liimnes of Vision. SUITKESSED MENSTRUATION, Which in the unmarried female is a constant recurring di-ease, and through neglect the seeds of more grave and dangerous maladio are the result, and as month after month passes without an effort being made to assist nature, the suppression becomes chronic, the paiient gradually loses her appetite, the bowels are constipated, night sweats come on, and the consumption finally ends her career. LEUCORIUICEA, OR WHITES. This disease depends upon an inflammation of the mucous lining of tbe vagina or womb. It is in all caes accompanied by severe pains inth back, across the bowels and through the hip. A teaspoonfut of the medicine may be taken three times a day, with an Injection of a tablespoonful of medicine, mixed with a halt plntef soft water morning and evening. IRRITATION OF THE NECK t F THE BLADDER, INFLAMM VI 10N OFTUK KIDNrYS AND CATARRH OF THk BLADDER. M RANGUAUY ANDBUKN1NG OF PAINFUL URINATING. For those disea. s it is truly a sovereign remedy, and too much cannot be said in its praise. A single dose haa been known to relieve the most urgent symptoms. Are you troubled with that distressing pain in the small of the back aud through the hips. A teaspoonful a day of Constitution Water will relieve y ulifce magic. FOR DYSPEPSIA It haa no equal In relieving the most distresig symp toms. Also, Headache, Heartburn. Acid Mo i acb, Vomiting Food, Ac. Take a tea-poonftit after dinner. The dose in all cases may be increased if desired, but it should be done gradually PHYSICIANS Hare loni since given up the nse of buchu cubes and juniber in the treatment of these diseases, and only use them for the waut of a better remedy. CONSTITUTION WATER Has proved itself equal to the task that has devolved upon it. DIURETICS, Irritate and drench the kidneys, and by constant nse soon lead to chronic dogeueratiou and confirmed disease. iiiiAii, itrAii, it r, ai. Dasviixk. Pa., June 2, 162. Dr. Wm. H. I was obliged to get up as otten as ten tr twelve time during the night, and In five mouths 1 lost about 50 pounds tu weight. During the month of July, '61, I procured two bottles of Constitution W ater, and in two days after using it I experienced relief, and after taking two bottles I was entirely cured, soon after regaining my usual good good health. Yours, truly, J. V. L. DE WITT. Bowtos Cokjikra, N Y., Ic. i7tb, 1861. Wat. U.Grur.Q k dr. 0nUr. I freely give you liberty to make use of the following certificate of the value of Constitution Water, hieb lean recommend in tbe higtiest maimer. My wife, who wa attacked with pain In the shoulders, whole length of back, and in her limbs, with Palpitation of tbe Heart, attended with ral'.ing of the Womb, Iys-menorrhtt-a, and Irritation ot the Bladder. 1 called a phiciau, who attended her about three months, w hen he left her worse than he found her. I then employed one of the best physicians I could find, w ho atu-nJed her lor about nine ni-.itbs, and while she w under his care she did not suffer quite as much pain; he finally gave her np and ssid, "her eu tr.t im umbie " For, said he, "Ae A ' Sk A (l ctnnbiiuiti -H fvrt, titiint, th.it medicine girem f'r on jriU ay-iit mtn trr Act Jijfii ntii." About this time she commr need the üse of Constitution Water, and to our utter astonishment, alcit't the firt dose seemed to have the desired eüect, and she kept on improving rapidly under its treatment, and now superintends entire!) her dornest ie affairs. She has not taken any of the Constitution Water for about four weeks, aud we are happy to say that it has produced a permanent cure. WM M. VAN BENSCH0TEN. Mii.roat, Cosjr., November l&'.h, 161. Ma.Wn.H.Garoci: rvir ir: 1 have for several years been aüüicted with that troublesome and danger' us disease. It has entirely cured me, and you may make any use of my nme you may see fit in regard to the medicine, as 1 have eutire confidence in ita efficiency. Your Jruly, POND STRONG. THESE FACTS ARE ENOUGH. There is no class of diserse that produces such exhausting effects upon the human constitution as Iüabetes and Diseasrs of the Kidneys, Bladder and Urinary Parages, and through a false modesty they are neglected until they are so advanced a to be beyond the control of ordinary remedies, and we present the CONSTITUTION WATER To the public with the conviction thst it has no equal In relieving tb das of disease wbl h It has been found an eminently successful tn curing; and t trust that we shall be rewarded for - ur efforts in tlacmgso valuable a remedy In a form to meet the requirements of patient and physician. STATUTES. OF INDIANA. CA Vit 4c IHIKDH It r.vilo.. The soood volume of Ve.urs.Garia A Cord's eotxpllav Hon of Indiana Stamte ba Jt arPar4. Tbt Hits completes their rk. Ita meebacical execution la ret creditable; and the skill, learLitg, aod aboe which tha editors havo bestowed on It, merit the h ghst prse. Jone but learned, diligert lawyers could kavt prwte4 nch a work. The second volume embraces all tha public statate f Indiana now In force upon the sutrjecta t tahkb it relate, and the flrt all excepting the acts of the last rerular and extra eior.s of the lgilatore. It Is a gret.1 excellence of the compilation that all exUt'nf statuteg on each subject are collected together In the saise place In tbeaa volumes; so that ti reader can ee at a g'anee all tha legislation la force en any given rubject. Take, for example, the act of ISiJ, organising Courta of ComaxB I lea the editor puMeh the act at larf e, and they also print. In the form of ntes on the same age cont;nir. thi statute, all tu acta amentatory to it which hav been passed tap to this time. And sothry have done of all the other act cctained ia tha revision f 1&2. The editors have added much to the value t thee vob nmes especially the l-t by the e"pu and Warned notes with which the volumes abound. TLee notes tndj cate much labor an legal acumen. They fand a as, in concise and accurate form, with all the adjudication of our Supreme Court on these statutes. The djudication biug now very uomerou, Lbe reference totitat In the volumes snier consideration, will be of great valuo to the lawjer, and Indeed to all person concerned la tha administration of Justice. The editor hve al referred, in their notes, to numerous decision in othe State, made on statute Imilar t oars. An excellence of these volume, not to b overlooked Is the fuM and accurate l:.Jex appended to each. In IndJ. ana, there never ba been a good index to any volume statute published by authority. Thi provoking defect has been completely remedied in the volume onJer resie ; and these indexes will greatly lighten the labor of all ho have occasion to look into our statutes. This 1 the firt lime that private enterprise nas attempted the publication of Indiana statutes. The atleinpl, 1 do nut dcuM, will be successful, tad will dulj reward tb learned editor aud enterj-rixtna; publisher. Every Uwyer will, of court, purchase the volume; and every clerk, sheriff, and justice of tbe peace f theMate, will ttnd it to bis advantage to wn tbens. DAVID M'DONALD.
