The view of Clevehnd and surruuuding country, from thia house (the ground being the most elevated of any resaianr* in th* city) is far superior to any that can be had from any other point in Cleveland, ex-

cept from the top of the water work*.

Stone's tZZZm to Cleveland, comprising the whole of that splendid Garden, fitted up without regard to expense by U. atone, in 1844, as a place of raeort for the dtiaeiis of Cleveland. Abo, Lot No. 33 in the Ackley Survey, from which th* spring water is procured to supply the fountaina of this place. On this property there ia a fine Hotel, 13 Summer Booths in the garden, a fine dancing hail 24 by 108 feet, and a Carriage Shed the same die; also other - ——-itrgT and karat buna. The grades contains about 10,000 of the choicest Trees and Shrubs, comprising all

the varieties of thia climate

CASH VALUE, "- - - $12^00. The following Gifts or Lott are situate in Hiram Stone’s Addition to Cleveland, and are comprised of original Lots Nos. 53 and 08 in Brooklyn Township, adjoining the city, and directly south of Superior Street. The Avenues and dtreeti all tamu web •Cher at right angles, and are wefl made and ornamented with ahade Bees. Stone Avenue ia 90 feet wido and the other Avenues and Streets are from Oil to 66 feet wide. The tots are tifgh, gravelly table land, and good soft water can be bad at the depth of from 16 to 30 feet. This property R situated one ndfe south of the comer of Superior and Water streets, "the business centre of Cleveland,’' and muou nearer to that point than lota on the east side of the i river uiat sell for four or five times as much as these Lot* are herein valued at, and are only a half mile from the Cleveland Centre Flats, “ so-called,” where the principal manafiacturing business of this city is done, and where new shops are constantly going into operation, and where $50,000 worth of land has been sold for manufacturing purposes within the last three months. The city is already thickly settled much farther west than these lots, and equally aa far south, and ia also thickly settled on the east side of the river at least a mile and half farther from the buaiaese part of the city than any of this property, »o it must necessarily rise rapidly in value. We have oo doubt that the immense and annually increasing trad* of this city, and its growing manufactories will soon place it beyond the rivalry of any city west of New York in population and wealth aa it is now beyond the rivalry of any other city in dm Union for the beauty and regularity of its shaaietreea, fine residences and healthy location. These lots were laid out in October, 1853, and 200 sold out of said addition and built on, thus enhancing th* value of the pro-

perty now offered.
