One evidence that the fault occurs where we say, is, that bag* come West laiieled positively wrong. The Association for the advancement, ftciencs commenced its sixth annual session In Washington on the 2rtth. About one hundred and fifty members were present. Among them are Dr. Franklin Bacbe, Frof.
