—It is like enjfring fairyland to visit the stores.. Some of the shops are pic^ turos mare beautiful than artist ever painted, and never were so many temptations offered to our purses as now. All the looms and work shops of the world seem to have been seized with the decorative mania, and the result is as dazzling as a dream of Oriental splendor. The luxurious fabrics that have been woven for ladies' apparel and for household decoration, the deaigri^for jewelry, and other ornaments, the 'books and toys, the china and linens for our tables, and other holiday gift# this.season *r« beyond any that were ever presented to the eye before.
