The iaw providing for the sab mission of these amendments to the electors of the State enacts that "The Secretary of State shall procure ballots of bine paper on each of which shall be printed tne proposed amendments, and below each amendment shall be printed the word Tes* in jme line, and in another line the word 'Ko that ifled elector may vote for or a amendment by aepositiog one o: lots in the baflot-box.
