A doctor has moved into a new house, one of the finest In Washington. He calls it the dotted veil house. When people seem surprised he explains. This physician is a specialist. He derotes himself to diseases of the eye. The money to build the mansion was iccumulated from fees which were sarned In the treatment of eyes injur■d by the wearing of dotted veils.
