Democrats, and all other voters who expect to affiliate with them, ar? requested to meet in mass convention at 2.30 o’clock p* m. on SATURDAY, M ' T 21, 1898, at tha places herein named, and elect one delegate for each ten votes cast for the first elector on the Democratic electoral ticket in l-9d.
