OTICE OF AT PLICA TION FOE LICENSE. Notice is hereby given to the citizens o tho Town of Remington and of Carpenter township, in . i r county, State of Indiana, that the undersigned Jasper M. Baker, of Kemingtou, Indiana, a male inhabitant of tbe State or India a, and of said county, and over tho age of twentyono yours, who has been and is of rood moral character, not in the habit of becoming intoxicated, and a tit person in every re pect to be intru ted with the sale or intoxic ting liquors, and has been a continuous resident of sa d Tom uship md Town for over i inety days last past, and that this applicant is tho actua owner and proprietor of said business, and will be such if lioeuse be granted, will apply to the Board of Commissioners of said Jasper county, Indiana, at th ir June Term, 1897, said term commencing on Monday, June 7th, 1897, for a license to sell and barter spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors in any quantity, also in a less quantity than live gallons and in less quantity than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing and permitting tbe same to be drank on tne following premises, to-wlt: The precise location of the promises on which the undersigned des.ros to sell and barter with the privilege of allowing the same to be diank thereon, is on tbe rower floor of a two stoiy frame met-.l covered building located on Lot numbered six [6l, in block numbered eight '.s', in the original plat of the Town of Bern ington.
