Many newspapers are adopting various plans to meet the exigencies forced upon them by the hard times. Under the new law which has passed the legislature all physicians will be required t register again. It is the duty of the cou*j tv health officer to notify all physicians who have not registered since 1891 that they shou.d take out new licenses before the ilew law takes effect.
