The National Wool Growers’ Association unanimously adopted a resolution favoring an extra session of Congress. A bill was introduced by Representative Bull of Rhode Island, appropriating $50,000 for the - erection in Washington of a monument to Janies G. Blaine. “Gen.” J. S. Coxey, of Commonweal army fame, is in Washington to resume his effort to secure Congressional action on his scheme* for good roads and noninterest bearing bonds.
