Woman Wore Trousers First.

It has remained for an American woman to discover that trousers were first invented and worn by women. Among the most ancient nations, points out Mrs. Evans, wife of the President of Hedding College, in Illinois, the trousers are still worn by the women, while the men go about in more or less abbreviated skirts.
