Fifteen million comic valentines are printed annually by a firm in Brooklyn, who virtually monopolize this peculiar business and give employment to 400 men and women the year round. Most of the caricatures turned out at this plant are drawn by a well-known magazine artist who says that he designs them only when he is out of humor.
